At Moving Walls, he has scooped a range of Malaysian, Regional and Global Awards including the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award at the 2015 Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Awards (APEA). More recently, Moving Walls was named a TiE50 winner in Silicon Valley, USA, identified asone of the top 50 technology start-ups in the world in 2017. Moving Walls was also named in the first Unilever Foundry30 Southeast Asia and Australasia, a list of 30 companies mostlikely to affect technological change in the region. Srikanth has degrees in engineering and business and serves on the board of a fewtechnology companies across Asia.
Saji Kumar is the CEO of Moving Walls USA, an advertising technology firm that fuses data and technology to design out-of-home advertising solutions to engage with consumers who are on the move. His expertise is in Advertising & Brand Research, Customer Advocacy, Shopper Research, Consumer Behavior and Research methodologies. Saji has over 25 years of experience in the consumer research in both B2C and B2B. He started his career with The Gallup Organization in the U.S. and since then, he has held several senior positions in leading global marketing research firms in the US and Australia and Singapore. His has also served for 8 years as Regional Managing Director managing Asia-Pacific, India and Middle East for a Milwaukee, WI based Customer Advocacy research firm Market Probe from their regional HQ in Singapore. His global clients include Fortune 100 firms such as Proctor & Gamble, General Motors, IBM, Intel, Anheuser-Busch, Agilent Technologies, Kimberly Clark, Nestle, Samsung Electronics, Standard Chartered Bank, Fuji-Xerox, CIGNA, Dubai International Airport, Singapore Changi International Airport and World Bank. He has designed and executed state-of-the-art advertising research studies spanning over 20 countries for the aforementioned global clients.He has presented at several industry conferences in Australia, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Navonil leads Moving Walls’ data practice, leveraging locational data to impact consumer decisions intelligence to improve decision making of choices of Out of Home media assets and also in the development of new use cases in the areas of activations, transportation, retail etc. He has had 20+ years’ experiences in telecom, media, and digital services and communications industry including launching and scaling multiple ventures from scratch. In his past roles, Navonil was General Manager at Maxis, one of the most profitable telecom operators globally, where he was involved in digital services and marketing strategy and oversaw all consumer research for the organization. Prior to that he was Group General Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Media Prima, the largest integrated media organization within Malaysia. He was involved in launching multiple new ventures including 8tv, Tonton and TV5 Philippines. He has also had multiple roles within Leo Burnett, part of the Publicis communication network. Navonil has first had across multiple markets across South Asian and South East Asian markets having executed projects in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia He is a regular speaker at industry events and also judged multiple industry awards.
Dhivya Chandrasekaran heads Marketing and Presales for Moving Walls USA. She has numerous years of experience in marketing, sales, business and technology consulting, with strong emphasis in client and business users’ management. She has experience in growing small businesses and establishing processes, marketing and increasing revenue. She established a new business to manufacture, market, and sell organic, skincare products. As practice manager, Dhivya helped grow a small veterinary practice in Philadelphia to a multi location practice with multi million dollar revenues. Dhivya has also successfullytranslated her business experience into teaching business graduate level courses (Customer Data Analytics, Information Technology) at various universities. Dhivya enjoys working in multi-cultural and global environments with peoplefrom all walks of life.
Murali Parthasarathy is responsible for the Pharma and healthcare Insurance verticals at Moving Walls. He has more than 25 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales Management, Distribution and Category Management in start-up, high growth and stable growth business oriented branded companies such as Merck, Medco, Dun & Bradstreet and SC Johnson Wax. This involved, developing Strategic plans, gaining approval of management, developing a tactical plan, implementing the developed plan consistent with strategy and ensuring the results exceed plan. He helped Merck establish and run a subsidiary in India, where he spent 4 years. He has worked extensively with people across the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America and has a breadth of cultural perspective on how business is conducted across continents. Murali has an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MS in Mathematical Statistics from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of LES and SCIP and has been invited to speak at national meetings of these and other organizations on the role of business development, Marketing and Competitive Intelligence issues and the interplay between developed and developing markets.
Long is a senior sales and business development executive who has extensive experience taking early to mid stage companies to a higher level of revenue growth and developing product capabilities and services that resonate in the marketplace. As SVP Pricing, Planning and Sales Strategy at Comedy Central, Long increased revenue from $200m to $350m in three years and developed one of the highest yielding inventory management processes in the business. He came into Viacom as a change agent in his role as EVP, COO of Ad Sales and rolled out a number of initiatives to help make Viacom a more effective sales organization. After completing his work at Viacom, Long was lured over to Google to head up their automated TV transnational platform called Google TV Ads. Long expanded the Google team from 10 to 35 and increased revenue from $12 million to $120 million in two years. Over the next 10 years Long has worked in various ad tech and data startups that cover many of the elements in the advanced TV marketplace, includingaddressable and interactive TV at Canoe Ventures, mobile TV/video ad targeting and the development of private programmatic marketplaces at Flurry (purchased by Yahoo), second screen TV programming at Peel, TV reach extension on mobile devices at Alphonso. He has also developed and sold programmatic TV capabilities for the automation of national TV transactions at MASS Exchange. Long leverages his extensive relationships in the media and advertising marketplace to access high level decision makers and drive revenue. He has managed teams from 35 to over 900 people and has been involved in every element of the media business. Long has a BA in economics from Williams College, where he was on the Dean’s list and played both Varsity Football and JV Lacrosse and received an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School.
